Agent-Air Import Operations (Logistics)

What you will do

• Coordinate and monitor critical air shipments from booking through final delivery.
• Manage exceptions and escalations by working with operations, brokerage, customer service, airlines, handlers, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance for customs, security, and dangerous goods requirements.
• Provide customers with timely shipment updates and conduct post-incident reviews.
• Support customs clearance and service provider arrangements on site.
• Participate in rotational after-hours coverage, including night, day, and holiday shifts.

Requirements

• University graduate with 1–2 years of relevant experience, or a certificate, diploma, or formal secondary school education with more than 3 years of freight forwarding experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong interest in pursuing a long-term career in logistics solutions.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Proficient PC skills.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts.
