Product Specialist - Wound Closure, Western Sydney & Nepean

Location: North Ryde, New South Wales, Australia; regular travel to hospitals in and around Western Sydney and Nepean

What you will do

• Drive growth of the Wound Closure portfolio by achieving sales targets, expanding market share, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with surgeons, nursing teams, procurement stakeholders, and hospital leaders to support product adoption.
• Deliver clinical education, product training, and on-site support for the safe and effective use of medical devices.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans using customer insights to accelerate adoption of new products and solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and commercial teams to deliver customer-focused healthcare solutions.

Requirements

• Degree qualification and proven hospital sales and territory management experience in medical devices.
• Experience driving product adoption and commercial growth.
• Strong communication, presentation, clinical education, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand and communicate scientific, clinical, and medical technology concepts.
• Ability to work independently as a field-based representative and collaborate effectively with a team.
• Rights to work in Australia, a reliable car, and a valid driver licence are required.
