Expansion and Infrastructure Specialist (Real State Locator)

Location: Mexico; hybrid work model with an office-first setup and essential travel.

What you will do

• Identify new markets and location opportunities aligned with expansion strategy.
• Source, negotiate, and close contracts for land or commercial spaces in strategic and newly identified locations.
• Validate property documentation and define strategies for property accreditation and contract execution.
• Coordinate with property owners, developers, legal teams, business partners, operations, and city officials.
• Manage and monitor 10+ infrastructure and access projects simultaneously.
• Resolve infrastructure and permitting issues and manage contract renewals and related administrative processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in corporate real estate and commercial expansion, preferably in retail, hospitality, convenience stores, or similar sectors.
• Experience with site selection, land negotiation, and commercial location scouting.
• In-depth knowledge of land documentation and legal processes, including deeds, lease agreements, property taxes, and water services.
• Willingness to travel is essential.
• Fluency in English is required.
