Manager Treaty Business Services NA 1 (Reinsurance)

Location: Mexico City, Mexico; hybrid work with at least three days per week in the office

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of Treaty Business Services for North American markets, covering submissions, renewals, and post-bind activities.
• Lead, coach, and develop team leaders and team members through performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
• Set and improve KPIs covering quality, turnaround time, productivity, and operational risk.
• Build trusted partnerships with Underwriting, Client Markets, Finance, Risk, and global Operations teams.
• Drive standardization, process harmonization, digitization, automation, and operating model transformation.
• Manage capacity planning, resource allocation, peak renewal readiness, operational controls, audits, and remediation.

Requirements

• Experience leading Business Services, operations, or underwriting support teams in reinsurance, insurance, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of Treaty reinsurance processes and the end-to-end underwriting lifecycle.
• Experience stabilizing and scaling service delivery across markets and leading change initiatives.
• Experience owning KPIs, capacity planning, and service performance in a matrix, multi-location environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
