Future Talent - Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) Specialist

Location: Onsite at the manufacturing site in Cuautitlan Izcalli, Mexico, Monday to Friday

What you will do

• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Participate in risk assessments, hazard identification, legal compliance activities, and loss analysis.
• Track SHE KPIs and action plans.
• Learn and apply World Class Manufacturing methodologies in a production environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects with Production, Industrial Engineering, and global stakeholders.
• Lead a WCM and SHE Future Talent project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline such as Chemical, Industrial, Environmental, Safety, or Biotechnology Engineering.
• Strong interest in Safety, Health & Environment and operational excellence.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and self-driven approach.
• Comfort working on a production floor and interacting with people.
• Internship or school project experience in manufacturing, SHE, or WCM is advantageous.
