Salary: $38,250–$61,000 USD annualized

What you will do

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding financial needs and providing tailored banking, lending, and investment solutions.
• Promote and cross-sell banking products and services while meeting or exceeding branch sales targets.
• Prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, lead calling, portfolio management, and community engagement.
• Deliver personalized service, resolve customer concerns, and educate customers about digital banking and self-service tools.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues and partners to achieve performance goals and support nearby branches when business needs require.
• Follow regulatory, risk-management, fraud-prevention, and internal policy requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; a related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience selling products or services in an incentive-based environment, or qualifying retail banking, financial services, consultative sales, or hirify.global experience.
• At least 12 months of customer service experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationship-building, customer service, communication, consultative selling, influence, and cross-selling skills.
• Computer proficiency, basic math skills, ability to use digital tools, manage multiple priorities, and follow policies and procedures.
• Must be legally authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Established work history or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
