Senior Recruiter (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment for exempt and non-exempt manufacturing and propulsion engineering roles.
• Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through networking channels and social media.
• Build pipelines for critical roles requiring specialized skill sets.
• Manage applicants in the applicant tracking system and conduct initial phone screens and interviews.
• Coordinate interviews and advise hiring managers on job descriptions, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
• Represent the organization at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full life-cycle in-house recruiting experience.
• At least 3 years of recruiting experience in the aviation and aerospace industry.
• Ability to recruit for specialized manufacturing roles and attract diverse niche talent using innovative sourcing methods.
• Strong collaboration skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to work independently.
• Proactive approach and willingness to think outside the box.
