Technical Recruiter (Aerospace)

Location: North Kingstown, Rhode Island, USA; remote options are available for exceptional candidates who can travel regularly to the Rhode Island headquarters, recruiting events, career fairs, and other hiring activities. Relocation to the Rhode Island area is supported.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, develop recruiting strategies, and build teams across engineering, manufacturing, operations, business, and leadership.
• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical specialists, manufacturing professionals, software leaders, and other critical roles.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through sourcing, referrals, networking, events, and candidate relationship-building.
• Guide candidates through the hiring process with clear communication and a strong candidate experience.
• Use recruiting data, market insights, and candidate feedback to improve hiring decisions and search strategies.
• Experiment with tools and approaches to improve recruiting processes, employer branding, and candidate experience.

Requirements

• Experience recruiting end-to-end in a startup, growth-stage company, or similarly dynamic environment.
• Ability to source, engage, and build relationships with hard-to-reach technical and manufacturing talent.
• Strong partnership, communication, influencing, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with recruiting metrics, market insights, and candidate feedback to make sound recommendations.
• Preference for candidates based in the Rhode Island area or willing to relocate; remote candidates must be able to travel regularly to Rhode Island.

• Experience recruiting across aerospace, engineering, manufacturing, software, or related technical disciplines.
• Interest in recruiting technology, AI tools, and continuous process improvement.
