Location: Must be based in and work in-person at the headquarters in Torrance, CA

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 + equity

What you will do

• Partner with engineering hiring managers to develop tailored hiring strategies aligned with team roadmaps and dynamics.
• Proactively source and attract top engineering talent through creative outreach and technical community development.
• Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from initial screening to executing closing strategies.
• Design and continuously refine interview processes to increase selection confidence and reduce bias.
• Serve as an ambassador for the company's mission and talent brand within technical spaces.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in technical roles.
• Experience recruiting across engineering disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, systems, or software.
• Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, etc.).
• Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple high-priority searches.

Nice to have

• Background in aerospace, defense, or hard tech industries.
• Experience in organizations with ITAR, OFCCP, or similar compliance requirements.
• Track record in high-velocity, high-growth companies.
• Experience coaching senior leaders on hiring decisions and sourcing strategies.
