NL Contact Center Professional (Banking)

What you will do

• Deliver customer service through chat, phone, video, email, and messaging channels.
• Support inquiries related to payments, cards, online banking, and daily banking products.
• Process customer requests accurately and resolve inquiries and complaints from start to finish.
• Identify and correct system-generated responses when necessary.
• Apply risk, compliance, regulatory, and procedural requirements in daily operations.
• Contribute to productivity, quality, turnaround-time, and continuous improvement objectives.

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent professional experience, preferably in banking, shared services, or BPO.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills required.
• Excellent customer service, problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and willingness to obtain role-related certifications when required.
