Intern, User Experience (Winter 2027)

Location: Hybrid at the Administrative Centre in Dorval, Quebec, Canada. The four-month winter 2027 internship is open to enrolled students only; occasional travel outside Canada may be required for training or work.

What you will do

• Coordinate project activities supporting user experience, collaboration, and hirify.global’s digital strategy.
• Work with business and technology partners to gather requirements, investigate solutions, and support cost-benefit analysis.
• Convert training documents, presentations, and job aids into engaging e-learning courses.
• Create business analysis artifacts, including personas, journey maps, use cases, user stories, and non-functional specifications.
• Support project, portfolio, financial, capacity planning, and process improvement activities.
• Review functionality, navigation, content accuracy, learner experience, SharePoint content, and training asset libraries.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program in education, instructional design, educational technology, communications, technical writing, digital learning, UX, or a related field.
• Strong writing, editing, presentation, facilitation, interpersonal, and engagement skills.
• Analytical, research, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage multiple deadlines, work independently, and adapt to ambiguity.
• Interest in learning Articulate 360, including Rise 360 and Storyline 360.
• Internship applicants must be current students rather than new graduates.

Nice to have

• Experience or exposure to Business IT Management.
