Salary: CAD $130,000–$146,500 per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do
- Transform clinical and business terminology into clear, helpful UX content for data providers, configurators, and biomedical researchers.
- Develop content frameworks, strategies, and best practices centered on end-user needs.
- Identify and document requirements, best practices, and prompts for AI agents that simplify user tasks ethically and intuitively.
- Collaborate with designers, researchers, data scientists, product managers, and engineers.
- Influence stakeholders and incorporate feedback across the content development process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Science Writing, UX, HCI, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in UX writing, content design, or content strategy.
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end content development, from identifying best practices to refining copy.
- Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada and must not require employer-sponsored work authorization now or in the future.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise products, healthcare, medical services, or data-intensive technical platforms.
- Understanding of AI, machine learning, and data visualization principles.
- Familiarity with Figma and accessible, responsive web application design.
