Senior Product Acceleration Specialist - Auth0

Location: Chicago, Illinois; New York, New York; or Washington, DC

Salary: $169,000–$232,000 annual base salary. Additional equity, bonus, and benefits may apply.

What you will do

• Advise Global 2000 enterprise customers on Auth0 architecture, implementation patterns, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Support pre-sales activities and New Product Introduction launches through proofs of concept, demonstrations, and technical enablement assets.
• Guide customer developers on Auth0 Actions, SDK implementations, and full-stack application patterns using Node, TypeScript, React, and mobile SDKs.
• Identify enterprise feature gaps, test early-stage product introductions, and provide technical feedback to Auth0 Product Management.
• Create code samples, technical documentation, and enablement materials for customer developers, partners, and internal teams.
• Use AI tools and LLM workflows for code generation, SDK debugging, documentation, and implementation analysis while managing multiple technical engagements.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical GTM role such as sales engineering, solutions architecture, professional services, technical account management, customer success, or senior support.
• Expert knowledge of Auth0, CIAM patterns, high-volume user management, and custom Auth0 Actions.
• Experience reading, writing, and debugging full-stack code with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node, React, and modern mobile SDKs.
• Strong knowledge of identity federation, access control, SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
• Experience designing resilient authentication flows that address credential stuffing, account takeover, bot attacks, AI-driven social engineering, phishing, and automated fraud.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, plus experience with complex enterprise IT and cloud environments.
