Product Engineer (React Native)

What you will do

• Build and ship production-quality mobile features for Snowflake CoWork and Snowflake CoCo.
• Develop performant, maintainable mobile interfaces with TypeScript and React Native.
• Participate in mobile and frontend architecture discussions, design reviews, and peer code reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers and UX/UI designers to turn requirements into technical tasks and mobile UI components.
• Integrate APIs and support backend services powering AI inference and data retrieval.
• Contribute to the web frontend and use AI coding assistants in daily development.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience building production mobile applications with React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and the modern React ecosystem.
• Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, UI design patterns, and state management.
• Experience with navigation, gesture handling, offline behavior, push notifications, and app store releases.
• Ability to turn design mocks and product specifications into production-quality code.
• Strong communication skills and a BS, MS, PhD, or equivalent practical experience in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
