Principal Consultant (Budget)

Location: Hybrid, with three days per week in the Oakville, Ontario office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

Salary: $118,500–$148,100

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end enterprise implementations, managing scope, timelines, risks, stakeholders, and customer communication through go-live.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, document current-state requirements, and design future-state workflows, forms, and budget processes in Euna Budget Enterprise.
• Oversee data migration, including data mapping, cleansing, validation, and loading.
• Guide technical teams on integration logic, data models, SQL views, and stored procedures, and bring product gaps to Product and Development teams.
• Manage customer expectations, change management, testing, training, verification, signoff, and post-go-live escalations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with budget software implementation or work in a budget office, or comparable configuration and delivery experience with complex ERP software such as SAP, Workday, or Salesforce.
• Experience leading discovery workshops, documenting future-state requirements, and designing workflows around customer objectives and system constraints.
• Strong change management, project management, facilitation, documentation, and customer relationship skills.
• Experience presenting to and advising customer executives and project teams.
• Availability to work from the Oakville, Ontario office three days per week is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL, views, and stored procedures.
• Ability to use AI to create repeatable processes and improve customer outcomes.
