Transport Coordinator (Logistics)

Location: Unit 6 Horizon Logistics Park, Dublin, Ireland

What you will do

• Coordinate deliveries throughout Ireland and delegate daily driver sheets for the Dublin area.
• Manage country deliveries through approved hauliers and assign domestic jobs for the Dublin office.
• Maintain the collection database and coordinate pickups with drivers throughout the day.
• Monitor collection and airport drivers and organize special deliveries or collections.
• Source pricing for deliveries and collections when required.
• Handle interdepartmental and external billing on a monthly basis.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of industry experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Team-oriented approach.
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to work at the Dublin, Ireland location.
