Customs Associate (Global Customs)

What you will do

• Prepare and digitally file import and export customs clearance documentation.
• Review and organize incoming documents for compliance with EU Customs Regulations.
• Classify products using General Rules for the Interpretation of the Harmonized System.
• Identify opportunities to apply preferential trade agreements to individual shipments.
• Build strong client relationships through responsive, high-quality customer service.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of current customs experience.
• Experience handling a large volume of customs entries.
• Familiarity with customs product classification and rulings.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and logistical problem-solving skills.
• High computer literacy and comfort with fully digital documentation.
• Strong commitment to client success and willingness to challenge inefficient processes.

Nice to have

• Dutch language skills.
