Sr. Account Executive - Express Scripts - ENCORE

Location: United States Work at Home; approximately 25% travel may be required.

What you will do

• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing commercial clients.
• Own client account strategy, satisfaction, renewals, retention, upsells, and expansions.
• Develop and monitor client-specific strategic plans and adjust them as needed.
• Lead recurring annual and quarterly business reviews with clients.
• Direct internal Account Management and extended team activities related to client objectives and escalated service issues.
• Identify revenue growth opportunities and support special projects and task forces.

Requirements

• This role is open only to retirees of hirify.global.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, 14+ years of experience, or a master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience working with consultants and developing client-specific strategic plans.
• Strong project management, negotiation, leadership, organizational, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with working knowledge of financials.
• For home-based work, cable broadband or fiber-optic internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required.
