Dynamic PC Support

Location: Middleburg, OH, USA; onsite field service with travel to client locations and occasional overnight assignments.

Salary: $17.00 per hour, plus an additional incentive for each call closed.

What you will do

• Provide customer support, troubleshooting, and repair for desktops, laptops, and other assigned equipment.
• Answer client questions and communicate technical issues professionally and accurately.
• Accept and complete service calls within established service-level agreements.
• Maintain real-time call reporting and complete administrative documentation.
• Control parts, equipment, and inventory through prompt asset turnaround.
• Follow client service, safety, and operational policies while working at client locations.

Requirements

• Technical school certification or equivalent and typically 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of relevant hardware and software.
• Ability to communicate technical issues clearly with clients.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, valid registration, and adequate insurance.
• Ability to travel to client locations, drive long distances, occasionally work overnight assignments, and lift or move computer equipment up to 50 pounds.
• Own a basic computer repair tool kit and maintain required OEM certifications as directed.
