Customer Support Technician (IT): Providing frontline technical support for mission-critical systems serving national defense operations with an accent on troubleshooting, infrastructure monitoring, and customer assistance. Location: 100% remote, U.S. citizenship required

What you will do
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely technical assistance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot common IT issues.
- Deliver practical solutions and workarounds to maintain customer productivity.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support teams.
- Monitor, verify configurations, and perform first-level triage of networked servers, storage, and infrastructure devices.
- Maintain documentation, knowledge bases, and training materials.
Requirements
- U.S. citizenship is required.
- Associate degree or equivalent relevant experience, with at least one year of relevant experience; three years of support experience may substitute for a degree.
- Ability to facilitate SRT calls for service recovery and restoration.
- Strong technical troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
