Registered Nurse (Preop/PACU) - Elliot 1-Day Surgery Center - Full Time

Location: Manchester, NH, United States; full-time day shift, 32 hours per week

What you will do

• Monitor vital signs and assess patients recovering from anesthesia and surgical procedures.
• Provide comfort measures, administer prescribed medications, pain relief, and intravenous fluids.
• Educate patients and families about recovery and home care.
• Support discharge planning and smooth transitions home.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding patient conditions and care.
• Document postoperative care accurately and completely in medical records.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• New Hampshire Registered Nurse or Compact State Registered Nurse license required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain BLS qualification during employment.
• ACLS preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Manchester, New Hampshire, in a fast-paced environment while monitoring multiple patients.
