Registered Nurse (Skilled Nursing, FT Days)

Location: Onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA; day shift from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM

What you will do

• Administer and supervise medications in compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Complete admissions, assessments, discharges, clinical documentation, and acute or long-term care plans.
• Track clinical matters such as wounds and infection control under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
• Respond to emergencies and notify physicians or family members about changes in residents' health.
• Provide health-related consultation and educational meetings for residents and staff.
• Maintain communication across departments and protect resident confidentiality.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent education and applicable experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing, sub-acute, or memory care setting.
• Current Registered Nurse license without judgments in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Fluent English communication skills required for speaking, reading, writing, and workplace communication.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks safely as part of a team.
