Senior Manager, Data Analytics (Data Analytics)

Location: Onsite in Bentonville, Arkansas, United States

Salary: $90,000–$180,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and potential stock compensation.

What you will do

• Identify and evaluate business data sources, requirements, service-level needs, and initial data quality.
• Translate business problems into data-related, mathematical, and analytical solutions.
• Select visualization methods and tools, create graphical representations, and build cohesive data stories for stakeholders.
• Develop data strategy, governance, quality frameworks, accessibility, storage, and scalability practices.
• Profile, analyze, validate, monitor, and improve data quality while managing data cleansing and access issues.
• Lead business plans and initiatives, mentor associates, and build a high-performing analytics team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field plus 4 years of related experience, or a master's degree plus 2 years, or 6 years of relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Experience with data analysis, data science, statistics, exploratory analysis, and business intelligence.
• Knowledge of SQL, Python, statistical techniques, distributed data stores, data modeling, data quality, and data governance.
• Ability to communicate insights, influence stakeholders, mentor associates, and work cross-functionally.
• Role is associated with the Bentonville, Arkansas, United States worksite.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in business, computer science, engineering, statistics, economics, analytics, mathematics, or information technology.
• Experience in retail, merchandising, healthcare, or e-commerce.
• Experience with Spark, Scala, R, Power BI, Tableau, or related business intelligence tools.
