Shift Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Neenah, Wisconsin; primarily working in a production or warehouse setting with rotating first, second, and third shifts.

What you will do

• Supervise production personnel across manufacturing operations.
• Implement operational strategies supporting safety, productivity, quality, customer service, cost, and profitability objectives.
• Track machine and labor efficiency metrics and guide production associates toward scorecard targets.
• Support capacity planning and on-time delivery for internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders on continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Guide staffing, training, employee relations, performance management, and resolution of production or order issues.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, plant operations, safety requirements, and worker and environmental protection standards.
• Understanding of manufacturing technologies and methods used to optimize production processes.
• Frequent walking and standing; occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds and travel required.
