Production Supervisor Finishing (Foundry)

Location: Onsite at the Columbia, Pennsylvania plant

What you will do

• Directly supervise union production personnel in the Foundry Finishing area.
• Own safety, production, quality, schedule performance, and uptime during the assigned shift.
• Prepare and monitor daily and weekly work plans, staffing, and production targets.
• Escalate significant quality or productivity issues and support immediate corrective action.
• Maintain staffing and training plans for key operational areas.
• Participate in safety and quality audits and support ISO 9001:2015 procedures and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a technical bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of heavy industrial production experience in a high-volume setting.
• Union experience is preferred, with the ability to work with Human Resources on union contract requirements.
• Strong work ethic and team-building skills with subordinates and peers.
• Professional PC literacy, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to obtain a tow motor license and complete LOTO and confined-space training.
