Hoist Operator/Forklift Driver (2nd Shift) (Manufacturing)

Location: Green Bay, WI, United States; onsite at the hirify.global facility

Salary: USD 33,280–42,432 per year; the posting also states an hourly pay range of USD 16.00–20.40.

What you will do

• Unload incoming raw materials and goods, and load outgoing mail trays and pallets onto postal and freight trucks.
• Stage paper stock and other materials at printing presses, remove finished goods from production lines, and support continuous production.
• Verify shipping documents, enter received shipments into PWMS, label goods, and complete monthly inventory audits.
• Set up and adjust slitter machine blades, guides, and counters according to job ticket specifications.
• Load master print rolls with roll clamps and monitor the slitting process for accurate, clean cuts.
• Perform equipment inspections and maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse and production areas.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of forklift operation experience, preferably in direct mail or high-volume manufacturing.
• Forklift certification is not required; training and certification are provided to suitable candidates.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods in a busy production environment.
• Ability to read shipping and receiving documents and match material codes to client print runs.
• Basic familiarity with inventory software is helpful but not required.
