TS Heavy Eqp Operator

Location: Sidney, Ohio, USA; onsite at a recycling facility, landfill, or transfer station

Salary: $19.70–$27.05 per hour, depending on the hiring locality.

What you will do

• Safely operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, excavators, bulldozers, and front-end loaders.
• Transfer, spread, cover, load, and compact waste or soil efficiently.
• Perform pre-operation and post-operation inspections and keep equipment clean and operational.
• Monitor waste for unacceptable materials and equipment for potential issues.
• Perform and document minor equipment servicing and report complex repairs to the maintenance shop.
• Complete equipment condition reports and maintain a clean, serviced work area.

Requirements

• Two years of related heavy equipment operation experience.
• One year of experience working at sites regulated by OSHA.
• Ability to follow safety policies, schedules, operating procedures, and company rules.
• Good time management, follow-through, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Sidney, Ohio, USA.
