Location: Hybrid in Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage small- to medium-sized studio resources.
• Develop and maintain operational systems, infrastructure, and workflow processes.
• Support profitability, efficiency, and productivity in content production and delivery.
• Collaborate with Creative and Account counterparts on project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Assign team members to projects based on resource capacity and project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Experience managing studio resources and operational workflows.
• Ability to coordinate project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and staffing.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA.
