Work Management Specialist (Electric Utilities)

Location: Commerce City, Colorado, United States; onsite

Salary: $65,000–$80,000 annually

What you will do

• Support online work control and establish office functions for field execution.
• Develop, revise, interpret, and maintain work packages and work orders.
• Coordinate customer communication regarding scheduling, status, changes, and closeout.
• Track work order progress, collect project documentation, and support project closeout.
• Coordinate major material orders and deliveries with customers.
• Coordinate with billing and office personnel to support accurate invoicing and project execution.

Requirements

• At least five years of relevant experience in distribution operations or construction.
• High school diploma or GED required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Experience developing and maintaining project plans and schedules.
• Experience performing, monitoring, and reviewing planning and scheduling functions.
• Proficiency with PC operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication, work scheduling, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience reading, evaluating, interpreting, and communicating contract provisions.
• Knowledge of power delivery and transmission/distribution work processes.
