HR Intern

Location: Sacramento, CA, United States; onsite duties may include travel to work locations, customer sites, or company facilities.

Salary: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

What you will do

• Support employee satisfaction survey communications and data.
• Contribute to employee experience, employee engagement, and broader HR management projects.
• Enter data into spreadsheets and databases and prepare related reports.
• Provide administrative support, including filing, document preparation, editing, and communications.
• Coordinate assigned projects, meet deadlines, and follow corporate processes and policies.
• Work with HR and other corporate departments, including Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Marketing, IT, and Administration.

Requirements

• Current student in an advanced degree program related to the field of study.
• Recent graduates of Bachelor's or Master's programs are also considered.
• Strong communication skills and a people-oriented approach.
• Ability to work professionally with department staff and complete assigned projects.
• Valid driver's license may be required based on business needs, with acceptable driving eligibility if driving is part of the role.
• Ability to work in or travel from the Sacramento, California area as required by the position.
