Human Resources Intern

Location: Schofield, Wisconsin, United States; onsite office environment

Salary: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on position and academic year.

What you will do

• Build partnerships with manufacturing teams and leaders.
• Investigate employee relations issues, research possible responses, make recommendations, and review outcomes with stakeholders.
• Support site culture and engagement through the identification and coordination of events and activities.
• Conduct research and data analysis for HR projects.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a related bachelor's degree program, such as Human Resources Management or Business Administration.
• Expected graduation within three semesters or less.
• Completed HR coursework.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work full time, 40 hours per week, during the summer internship term.
