U.S. HR Intern

Location: On-site in Broomfield, Colorado, United States

Salary: $27–$31 per hour

What you will do

• Gain hands-on experience with performance reviews, compliance documentation, internal communications, compensation, staffing, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Partner with line leadership to support business performance through contemporary HR processes.
• Develop a special project and present the results to senior business leaders.
• Support employee engagement initiatives, surveys, team events, and culture programs across remote and hybrid teams.
• Help organize technical development sessions, onboarding bootcamps, and internal training for engineering and product teams.
• Contribute to employer-branding content and research HR best practices for technology companies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a master's degree and graduating on or after December 2027.
• Must be a U.S. person: U.S. citizen, permanent resident, green card holder, or person granted asylum or refugee status.
• Due to national security requirements, candidates cannot be nationals of the People's Republic of China or Russia unless they are also U.S. citizens.
• Study in human resources, industrial relations, or a related field at an accredited college or university is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership through university clubs, volunteer organizations, or extracurricular activities.
• Prior HR internship experience is preferred.
