HR OPS Intern (HR Technology)

Location: On-site in Broomfield, Colorado, United States. U.S. person status is required due to contractual requirements and U.S. government national security requirements.

Salary: $22–$26 per hour. Candidates located outside Colorado may receive a $500 housing stipend per bi-weekly paycheck.

What you will do

• Support core HR activities including performance reviews, compliance documentation, internal communications, compensation, staffing, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Support HR technology implementations, process automation, dashboard development, data integrity initiatives, and HR data analysis.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives such as surveys, team events, and wellness programs.
• Assist with technical skills development sessions, onboarding bootcamps, and internal training programs for engineering and product teams.
• Support employer branding through social media and career page content.
• Research HR best practices and present a special project to senior business leaders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree.
• Must be able to complete the internship before finishing the current degree program; graduation must be in December 2027 or later.
• Must be a U.S. person: U.S. citizen, permanent resident or green card holder, or a worker granted asylum or refugee status.
• Must not be a national of the People's Republic of China or Russia unless also a U.S. citizen.
• Leadership experience through university clubs, volunteer organizations, or extracurricular activities is valued.
• Prior HR internship experience and a degree focus in human resources or human resources industrial relations are preferred.
