What you will do

• Coordinate internship events, including orientation, development sessions, networking, and social activities.
• Support intern onboarding, offboarding, and program-related questions.
• Contribute to employee experience and Employee Resource Group initiatives through event planning, meeting coordination, communications, and follow-up.
• Create presentations, schedules, surveys, project plans, and other program materials.
• Support internal communications and event storytelling across digital, social, and visual channels.
• Track participation, feedback, and program data to identify improvements and apply creative ideas and AI tools to HR programs and processes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, communications, marketing, event management, or a related field.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and confidence working with people across the organization.
• Collaborative, adaptable, proactive, curious, and willing to learn.
• Comfort using Microsoft Office tools and interest in applying AI and emerging technology to HR work.
• Must be enrolled at an accredited college or university for the Fall 2027 term.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting events, communications, or student, employee, or volunteer groups.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, social media, photography, or digital content creation.
