Remote Client Operations Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, with travel and physical coverage at assigned onsite healthcare accounts when required.

Salary: $65,000–$75,000 per year.

What you will do

• Manage assigned client accounts, facility revenue goals, productivity, quality, dashboards, and operational performance reports.
• Answer client and Release of Information Specialist questions and recommend opportunities to improve productivity and service quality.
• Support the selection, interviewing, hiring, training, evaluation, counseling, and termination processes for site personnel.
• Manage onsite staff scheduling, time-off requests, payroll approvals, workflow distribution, and remote supervisor coordination.
• Review, scan, capture, document, certify, and release medical records according to facility procedures and applicable regulations.
• Provide onsite coverage, conduct site evaluations, manage supplies, prepare invoices, and maintain client management relationships.

Requirements

• Prior supervisory experience and strong communication skills with clients, staff, and management.
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving history, and ability to travel to various assigned accounts.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy standards and applicable state and federal release-of-information requirements.
• RHIT certification or the ability to complete and pass an ROI Certification course with a score of at least 85% within 90 days.
• Ability to report consistently to work with minimal unplanned schedule deviations.
• Bachelor’s degree and medical terminology coursework are preferred; healthcare or medical records experience is beneficial.
