Product Management Intern

Location: Redwood City, United States; in-office role

Salary: $2,461 per week USD; annual equivalent of $122,000 USD

What you will do

• Define and size ideal customer profiles for new verticals such as lumber, flooring, plumbing, and auto.
• Conduct field research with store owners and operators, including in-person conversations where possible.
• Translate field research into sequenced product and feature ideas with the engineering team.
• Research go-to-market channels, partners, and events for entering new industries.
• Support cold outreach to prospective pilot customers.
• Collaborate with the CEO, engineering, product, and GTM teams to keep opportunities buildable and sellable.

Requirements

• Ability to synthesize messy field research into clear, defensible conclusions.
• Comfort with rejection and repeated prospect outreach.
• Genuine curiosity about overlooked and traditional industries.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with engineering and product.
• Availability to work in the Redwood City office.
