Product Management Intern (Construction Equipment)

Location: Hagerstown, Maryland, United States; office-based role

Pay range: $18.00–$37.00 per hour

Develops access equipment and related products, including mobile elevating work platforms, telehandlers, utility vehicles, and accessories for customers worldwide.

What you will do

• Support product definition development by translating customer voice and market intelligence into evidence-supported product attributes.
• Analyze customer needs, Jobs to Be Done, market trends, secondary-market data, and competitive information.
• Evaluate market data, competitive comparisons, take rates, and product options to inform project priorities.
• Maintain product configurations and system updates in alignment with customer-facing documentation.
• Support Product Specialists and Product Managers with meeting preparation, minutes, and key takeaways.
• Present findings and participate in the year-end Intern Expo.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
• Strong oral, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to work in an office-based environment in Hagerstown, Maryland.
• Ability to use a computer and participate in virtual and in-person meetings for extended periods.

Nice to have

• Previous experience or strong interest in mechanical design.
• Extracurricular activities beyond academic requirements.
• Knowledge of the construction industry and related equipment.
