Lead Product Manager (AI Ads)

Location: Hybrid in New York City or San Francisco

What you will do

• Set the product strategy and roadmap for the AI Ads product.
• Work directly with customers to understand their problems, needs, and decision-making processes.
• Take product ideas from discovery through launch using prototypes and early releases.
• Define success metrics and use customer behavior, product data, and commercial results to guide decisions.
• Lead cross-functional execution and make decisions about scope, sequencing, and tradeoffs.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including ownership of a zero-to-one product or major new product area.
• Direct experience in growth, digital advertising, ad tech, marketing technology, measurement, or a related field.
• Experience turning unclear customer problems into products that users adopt and pay for.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort making decisions with incomplete data.
• Experience working with senior customers and collaborating with engineers and designers from discovery through launch.
• Hands-on experience with prototyping and modern AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar products.

Nice to have

• Experience as a founding product manager, founder, or early product hire.
• Familiarity with AI search, AEO, or the relationship between paid and organic growth.
