About the Role
You will build, mentor, and coach account managers who grow strategic platform-customer relationships and payments revenue. You will advise senior stakeholders on payments strategy, set revenue goals, report performance metrics, create an open feedback culture, recruit team members, and lead time-sensitive cross-functional initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of team-management and executive-level enterprise relationship experience
- 7+ years of account management, business development, consulting, or related experience
- Experience in enterprise payments, financial services, SaaS platforms, or marketplaces
- Professional English proficiency
- Negotiation, communication, management, and stakeholder-advisory skills
Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and coach a team of account managers
- Provide coaching on account planning, payments advisory, negotiations, product roadmaps, and executive engagement
- Advise platform customers on global payments strategy
- Set individual and team revenue-growth goals
- Report performance and metrics to executives
- Create an open communication and feedback culture
- Recruit new team members
- Lead time-sensitive cross-functional initiatives
