Sr. Implementation Manager - ECP, Grants

Location: Remote in the USA. The role is remote; the company's general hybrid workplace model includes offices in Oakville and Atlanta and does not override the role-specific location.

What you will do

• Lead discovery sessions with government agencies and stakeholders to document business processes, grant structures, requirements, and implementation scope.
• Configure Euna Grants according to documented requirements and maintain configuration and process documentation.
• Guide clients through the full implementation lifecycle, including onboarding, UAT, go-live preparation, and issue resolution.
• Deliver virtual and written training for end users, program managers, and agency leadership.
• Identify project risks and functionality gaps, escalating issues and partnering with Product and Development on enhancements.
• Support team knowledge sharing, onboard new hires, and use AI tools to improve documentation, configuration analysis, meeting preparation, and workflows.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of implementation, customer success, or account management experience for the senior level.
• Working knowledge of grants management, including grant types, compliance requirements, and reporting obligations.
• Technical proficiency with software configuration, data relationships, system architecture concepts, and SaaS platforms.
• Extensive experience training or teaching clients in virtual environments.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects, gather requirements, document configurations, communicate across audiences, and work independently.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with state, county, or municipal government grants programs.
• Familiarity with CDBG, ARPA, HUD, EPA, or similar federal grant programs.
• Experience with grants management systems, financial management platforms, or public-sector ERP systems.
• Experience using Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar AI productivity tools professionally.
• Knowledge of data migration or SaaS implementation projects with integration components.
