Senior Product Owner (AI)

Location: Jersey or Isle of Man. Hybrid working requires spending at least two days per week, or 40% of working time, at the office. Applicants must have the right to work and live in Jersey or the Isle of Man.

Salary: £100,105–£117,770 per year

What you will do

• Own and manage a product backlog spanning multiple delivery channels and feature teams.
• Shape the product vision, roadmap, user stories, priorities, and customer journey improvements.
• Oversee incremental value delivery, product performance, benefits realisation, and business readiness.
• Lead change governance, including training, communications, testing, and implementation readiness.
• Manage product budget, risk, technical design, segmentation, supplier strategy, and environment planning.
• Support team capability development through leadership, mentoring, and collaboration with Integrators.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience leading digital development delivery with a strong business focus.
• Essential experience delivering web or mobile applications.
• Experience as a Product Owner or Programme Manager in large-scale technology change, with ownership of budget, risk, and delivery.
• Hands-on experience leading cross-functional teams through the end-to-end agile application delivery lifecycle.
• Practical experience applying AI to technology delivery and demonstrating improved business outcomes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills across executive and delivery-team levels.
