Product Owner (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own and prioritise the roadmap and backlog for two established complaints-handling and quality-assurance services.
• Deliver enhancements and follow-on functionality while increasing adoption across customer operations teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer operations, and efficiency.
• Manage product input into regulatory, risk, and audit actions.
• Work with development teams and Product Owners to secure delivery capacity.
• Coordinate stakeholders, subject matter experts, user testing, and communication of priorities and outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in change delivery, business improvement, business analysis, product activity, or Agile delivery.
• Strong stakeholder management across operational, technical, and senior audiences.
• Experience prioritising competing requirements and making evidence-based decisions.
• Analytical capability and confidence using data to explain outcomes and benefits.
• Ability to translate business needs or user feedback into structured improvements.
• Clear communication, autonomy, sound judgement, and a practical, curious, collaborative approach.
