Salary: $196,461–$309,025 base pay per year, depending on the United States geographic pay zone.

What you will do

• Build agent harnesses for Rovo Chat to improve product quality, reliability, and latency.
• Bring cutting-edge AI and machine learning innovations into customer-facing generative AI applications.
• Lead complex engineering projects from technical design through launch.
• Support and guide senior engineers while collaborating across teams and with internal customers.
• Set expectations, gather input, and communicate project results.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a software developer.
• Experience building customer-facing generative AI applications at scale.
• Experience advancing the state of the art to achieve breakthrough quality and reliability.
• Deep understanding of the machine learning project lifecycle.
• Experience leading and supporting senior engineers and working cross-functionally.
• Remote work is associated with the Seattle, United States location.
