Senior Production Representative

What you will do

• Configure, provision, quality-check, and prepare clinical trial devices and equipment for deployment.
• Maintain provisioning records, repair documentation, inventory data, and device status in accordance with quality and regulatory procedures.
• Use ERP systems to track inventory, production activities, and equipment readiness across clinical trial service lines.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, test, and verify devices returned from customers or field locations before reissue.
• Monitor production priorities, operational metrics, quality goals, delivery commitments, and risks affecting study timelines.
• Support continuous improvement, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and mentor new team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, supply chain management, operations management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent operational experience is considered.
• 0–3 years of experience in production operations, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing support, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ERP systems is strongly preferred; proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams is required.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, follow quality procedures, and collaborate across departments.
• English proficiency is required; Mandarin is preferred for local operational support.
