Senior Consultant - Project Manager / Business Analyst (AI Transformation)

Location: Hybrid in the United States, with regular work from a hirify.global office or approved coworking location and potential onsite client work. Candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance of a U.S. office or approved coworking location.

Base salary: $118,300–$122,400 annually, plus an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedules, budgets, risks, governance, roadmaps, and executive reporting.
• Gather requirements, develop user stories and acceptance criteria, map current and future-state processes, and conduct gap, root-cause, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Identify and evaluate AI, automation, and digital transformation opportunities, including AI use cases, platforms, copilots, and workflow tools.
• Collaborate with engineering, IT, product, data, and vendor teams on implementations, integrations, testing, reporting, dashboards, data quality, and governance.
• Facilitate workshops, steering committees, sprint ceremonies, executive meetings, and client requirements sessions.
• Develop business cases, roadmaps, recommendations, proposals, and statements of work while mentoring junior consultants.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical project management, business analysis, consulting, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience delivering complex business or technology transformation projects and managing planning, risks, budgets, and stakeholders.
• Experience documenting requirements, process flows, user stories, and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with generative AI, enterprise AI tools, copilots, or intelligent automation.
• Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Miro, or ARIS and analytical tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Applicants must already be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Consulting experience in energy, utilities, transportation, manufacturing, or other industrial sectors.
• Experience with AI transformation, intelligent automation, low-code/no-code platforms, or change management.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, SAFe, ERP, CRM, EAM, GIS, Workday, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, CSPO, CBAP, or Lean Six Sigma.
