Sr. Technical Program Manager (TPM)

Location: Onsite at hirify.global's facility in Irvine, California, United States; occasional travel may be required.

Salary: $154,000–$192,500 annually for Southern California-based applicants, with potential annual performance bonus and equity awards.

What you will do

• Lead strategic upfitting initiatives, future product roadmap planning, and product and upfit validation.
• Manage key aspects of commercial van programs and drive change management for continuous improvement designs.
• Build analytics reporting, track KPIs, and support data-driven decisions using Databricks, Jira, and modern AI tools.
• Identify operational gaps, define project scopes, and lead process redesign in a fast-changing environment.
• Coordinate Engineering, Purchasing, Demand Planning, Logistics, Finance, and other business partners.
• Integrate Authorized and Preferred Upfit partners and provide structured business reviews to leadership and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of technical program management experience in automotive, Tier 1, OEM, or a related technical field.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Business, Operations, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with Jira and Databricks, plus fluency in modern AI tools for workflow acceleration and data analysis.
• Experience defining, launching, and driving strategic process redesign initiatives and operating autonomously.
• Experience with commercial fleets, commercial vehicles, or B2B enterprise projects is strongly preferred.
• Onsite work in Irvine, California is required, with occasional business travel.

Nice to have

• Experience with CAD, Catia, Enovia, or PLM.
• Knowledge of upfitting and aftermarket product development.
