Manager, Branch Office - Bensalem (Retail Banking)

Location: On-site in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, United States; the role may require working at or permanently transferring to neighboring branches within a reasonable commuting distance. Availability is Monday through Saturday, based on business needs.

Salary: $96,100–$123,200 annually

What you will do

• Manage daily operations of a medium or large full-service branch and lead staff performance.
• Oversee delivery of lending, deposit, account, and other financial products and services.
• Lead cash operations, vault procedures, ATM activities, self-audits, security, and emergency preparedness.
• Recruit, onboard, train, mentor, and evaluate branch employees while managing staffing and performance goals.
• Drive business growth through member service, cross-servicing, community events, financial presentations, and local partnerships.
• Analyze reports, budgets, trends, and operational issues to improve efficiency and resolve complex problems.

Requirements

• Three years of experience at grade level 77 or higher, or applicable external experience.
• Significant experience leading and managing teams in complex operational environments.
• Advanced knowledge of consumer lending, credit cards, mortgage and equity loans, savings and checking accounts, and financial institution regulations.
• Advanced knowledge of cash and ATM operations, retail banking practices, business reporting, and trend analysis.
• Significant experience in customer service operations, staff supervision, training, development, and handling complex financial information.
• Advanced organizational, communication, planning, decision-making, word processing, and spreadsheet skills.

Nice to have

• Advanced knowledge of Navy Federal products, services, programs, policies, and procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
