Branch Manager (Consumer Finance)

Location: Florissant, Missouri; office-based with regular in-person attendance required

Salary: $40,000–$55,000 per year, based on experience and location, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Achieve branch goals for loan growth, tax preparation production, profitability, portfolio performance, and delinquency.
• Grow the branch through customer outreach, referrals, networking, community engagement, outbound calling, and promotion of financial products.
• Review, approve, and close loans within company guidelines while making lending and customer account decisions.
• Manage delinquency and collection efforts to maintain portfolio performance and minimize losses.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop branch employees while overseeing daily operations and compliance.
• Handle escalated customer concerns and complete required bank runs, including transporting deposits.

Requirements

• At least one year of management experience or successful completion of a management training program.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Experience with sales, portfolio growth, profitability goals, lending, collections, delinquency management, or branch operations.
• Regular in-person attendance is essential; occasional extended hours, weekend work, and local travel may be required.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer finance, banking, retail banking, lending, credit, insurance, tax preparation, or similar financial services environments.
• Experience generating new business through community involvement, networking, customer referrals, and outbound calling.
