Client Services Associate (Banking)

Location: Pueblo, Colorado, United States; onsite retail branch role

Salary: $16.54–$22.67 per hour

What you will do

• Process prompt and accurate financial transactions according to bank policies and procedures.
• Profile new and existing customers and recommend suitable banking products and services.
• Open new accounts and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Assist with stop payments, debit card orders, customer issues, and referrals to other bank departments.
• Protect customer information, follow regulations and security procedures, and maintain accurate records.
• Support branch goals, customer goodwill, and local community and bank-sponsored events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Customer service, sales, or cross-selling experience is preferred.
• Six to twelve months of bank teller experience is preferred.
• Professional communication, initiative, accuracy, and commitment to customer service.
