What you will do

• Assist project managers with work plans and project schedules.
• Collaborate with design teams during programming and conceptual design phases.
• Lead technical teams in preparing design development and construction documents.
• Coordinate with internal engineering teams and external consultants.
• Develop architectural technical specifications and oversee construction administration, including site observations, RFI responses, and submittal reviews.
• Manage small to medium-sized projects and contribute to technical standards and staff mentoring.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of professional architecture experience, with 8 or more years preferred in commercial architecture.
• Architectural licensure is preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit; familiarity with AutoCAD and BSD Spec Link is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to collaborate under tight deadlines.
